DIRECTOR OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE TENNIS JUNIORS: 


Recruit, develop, manage and gain national results for the club's high-performance juniors and academy. The director will lead, integrate and execute all high-performance requirements to create a nationally renowned tennis academy capable of producing future world caliber international tennis athletes. Will travel (from Orlando or West Palm Beach, FL airports) with the high-performance juniors, will arrange travel schedules, and manage UTR and USTA events at the club. These services should include, but will not be limited to: leadership in finding and hiring and retaining staff for the club's junior academy, availability and visibility to the general membership, particularly juniors and their parents at the club, communication, marketing and delivery of tennis and academy programming, organize, schedule, and manage junior tournaments and high performance junior travel schedules, create a comprehensive junior tennis program for all levels of juniors inside and outside of the academy, and create a comprehensive fitness program for high-performance juniors. Requirements: High school diploma plus 47 months experience. Must demonstrate at least 36 months of each of the following: international experience of coaching at the international professional level, international team coaching or play at either the federation or davis cup, international experience with either the WTA or ATP, teaching experience at an internationally recognized tennis academy. Job requires 40 hours per week. Salary is $66,500 per year. Vero Beach, FL.
